Wordpress Gone Wild

I run a video site, with around 700 videos on my server and was wondering can i just delete the videos on my server and upload videos on YouTube and not get into trouble by Google and getting my adsense account banned.Update:Well let me explain a little further it’s a comedy website like ebaumsworld, holylemon, newgrounds etc; (i would like to stay anonymous if you don’t mind) but the videos i’ll be using may or may not be of other people falling over etc; and i would like to use thousands of videos if Adsense will let me, i’ll upload them myself if need be but i cannot promise they will be original content as that what Viral sites are all about.

1. How do you know what each of these networks are?  I love the new idea but would like to know more of what each offers so I can know if I want them all allowed.
